This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Adviser Assistant (Client Service Associate) based in Southfield, MI. The Financial Adviser Assistant will provide administrative and support services to financial advisers, including assisting with financial planning activities, maintaining client records, preparing documentation for client meetings, and handling client communications. Additional responsibilities may include managing client inquiries, coordinating appointments, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Knowledge and experience in Financial Planning, Finance, and Financial Services
- Understanding of Investments and financial products
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-related software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a client-facing role within the financial services industry is a plus
