Job Description
Advance Auto Parts is hiring Warehouse Workers immediately for multiple shifts at our Delaware, OH distribution center. Our DC/Warehouse Associates are a vital part of our warehouse and assist in, but not limited to: pick pack and stage parts, utilize hand-held radio frequency devise (RF scanners), and move boxes throughout the distribution center.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work on various shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic math strategies: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Preferred Skills
- Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements

- Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear

- Have specific vision abilities which include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Compensation Range
The good faith estimate for this role is 21.05 USD per hour for a new team member.The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
