Customer Engagement Representative (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid – Voorhees, NJ & Remote
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and personable Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and engaging with prospects to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with customers to confirm service order completion and satisfaction.
- Document and escalate unresolved service issues.
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce services and generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on Salesforce and Revio.
- Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.
