We’re seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to support our patients and providers through excellent administrative and care coordination services. This role is the first point of contact for many of our patients, making professionalism, empathy, and clear communication essential.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, patient admissions, benefit verifications, insurance paperwork, and front-line support for calls, referrals, and inquiries. Just as important, this role works side-by-side with our providers to ensure they can deliver the best possible care, while helping patients navigate questions about services, coverage, and next steps.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and working knowledge of the psychiatric continuum of care
- Adaptability to changing priorities and patient needs
- Technical proficiency with IT systems (EHR platforms, RingCentral, Doxy.me, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication to enhance patient care and team coordination
- Self-starter with strong accountability
- Ability to multi-task across phones, patients, and administrative duties
