Senior SAP FICO Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support projects
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (AP, GL, Fixed Assets)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, ABAP, etc.) for seamless integration
• Design and support RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)
• Provide guidance on financial processes, best practices, and compliance standards
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in solution design

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Strong expertise in:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Fixed Assets (Asset Accounting - AA)
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
• Ability to work in a techno-functional role (functional ABAP/debugging knowledge)
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA Finance
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and reporting tools
• Prior experience working in hybrid/on-site engagement models
• SAP certification in FICO is a plus
