Job description
Starting pay $21.50. After 4 weeks of performance and safety training and upon achieving 100% production, you will be paid $26.88 plus incentive up to 150% production.
1 week of vacation after 6 months and another week after 12 months of employment.
FT Freezer Order Selector Abilities:
Reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to 80 lbs. repetitively and up to 100 lbs. occasionally; on average our case weight is 40 lbs.
Lift 90% floor to shoulder
Meet production standards set by the company
Stand for long periods of time
Wear a headset to support voice selection for all areas of warehouse selection
Read and understand written and numeric product identifiers
FT Freezer Order Selector Responsibilities:
Select and palletize freezer orders accurately for Retail shipment
Required to lift cases weighing between 5-100 pounds in a climate controlled environment
Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jack/forklift
Follow good sanitation practices; keep work area clean and free of debris
Delhaize America Distribution, LLC is an independent Ahold Delhaize company and supports the local brands of Food Lion and Hannaford. In the Salisbury, NC distribution center, we process and select orders for Food Lion stores across our southeast network.
