Current Span of Control
- Maine: South Portland, Winthrop
- New York: Schodack Landing, Chester
- Connecticut: Manchester
- Pennsylvania: York, Mountville, Bethlehem
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or large-scale operations that allows you demonstrate strong business, financial, and analytical acumen
- Proven experience leading, developing and providing extremely thoughtful care for HR teams in a multi-site environment
- Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and transformation with Executive-level communication and influencing skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred
- Ability to travel 25%-50%
