The challenge Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group works with C-level leadership at leading Consumer Goods companies to advise on digital strategy and transformation for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Adobe has long been at the forefront of enabling customers’ on digital transformation and new experience-led business models in industries such as consumer goods, travel, and banking. This has translated into a stock price appreciation of over 5X over the past five years. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will focus on the Consumer Goods industry, and lead strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will quarterback a team of experts to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will advise senior industry leaders and utilize your experience to become a trusted advisor and thought leader on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in your industry. What you need to succeed · 10 years of experience leading engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency · Expertise in the consumer goods industry · MBA preferred, but not required · A strong track record of leading strategy formulation and translating strategy into plans that deliver results · Stellar executive presence and communication skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior leaders · Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations focused on the biggest opportunities · Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and achieve results in a cross-functional environment · High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly · Willingness to travel up to 50% Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $226,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
