Key Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly, inspection, and production of
PCBs and SMT components
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as
Pick and Place machines, AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), Reflow Ovens, and Wave Soldering machines
Support quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and transporting components.
Assist in setting up and calibrating machinery for production runs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with the production team.
Support inventory tracking and replenishment of raw materials as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a
manufacturing or electronics assembly environment
is preferred.
Familiarity with
PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) processes
is a plus.
Basic understanding of
electronic components and manufacturing equipment
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
and stand for extended periods.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
