Description And Responsibilities

• This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere on in the United States though preferably on the East Coast or near potential customers in the CST time zones.
  
  

What You Will Do

• ADUNA is seeking a driven and results-oriented Global Account Manager to support sales execution across a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering value through tactical sales activities and strong customer engagement.
• As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned accounts, driving adoption of ADUNA’s network API offerings, and supporting the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract closure and post-sales follow-up.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tactical sales plans to drive API traffic, revenue growth, and account expansion within the CPaaS and Industry Solution specialists ecosystem.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and technical teams to understand customer needs and align ADUNA’s solutions accordingly.
• Identify and engage new prospects within the segment, leveraging industry insights and account intelligence to open new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product management, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on account performance, pipeline development, and sales activities using CRM tools and regular reporting formats.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of sales tactics and messaging.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or telecom sector.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Familiarity with API-based solutions and platform business models (e.g., CPaaS, aggregators).
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and drive sales execution in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent
