The Nashua Adult Learning Center provides exciting, enriching before and after school programs for over 500 children at 14 sites in Southern NH. We are committed to intentionally planning curriculum that supports the social and emotional development of children, while offering activities that expand their experiences. Bring your skills, passion and hobbies to create an amazing experience for elementary school children.
We are seeking motivated and committed team members for our offsite before and/or afterschool programs in the 2026-2027 school year. Before school openings and hours are 6:30am-8:30/9:00am in Hollis, Merrimack and Nashua. After school openings and hours are 2:45/3:00pm to 6:00pm in Hollis and Nashua. Positions available 3-5 days per week.

Pay Ranges (based on education & experience)
Group Leader 1: $15 - $17 per hour
Group Leader 2: $17 - $19 per hour
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a group of children while maintaining an atmosphere that is safe, respectful, orderly and fun
· Assist with daily activities that support academic, social and physical development
· Nurture while helping children become independent
· Assist with daily program setup & cleanup
· Compliance with all licensing regulations
· Model a cooperative and supportive approach with children, families and co-workers
Job Qualifications
· At least 18 years of age
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience working with children
· Energetic Positive Attitude
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 28.0 per week
