Starting Pay $19.50 – $22.00
- Upon completing 4 months of employment, hourly pay will be increased to $20 hourly.
- Team members with the desire to grow, can earn an additional $1 hourly for level 3 and $2 hourly for level 4.
- Additional pay for AA/Bachelors degree
- Additional pay for RBT. RBT training available IN HOUSE
- AEC runs a 1:2 service ratio; 1 team member to two persons served

- CA Driver’s License (with over 3 years of driving experience - no more than 2 infractions in the past 3 years)
