Full-Time Night Shift LPN

$29.00/hour Full-Time Benefits
Adult Community Training (ACT) is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight nursing team. This position provides nursing care and oversight in one of our residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Schedule
This position follows a 2-week rotating overnight schedule:
Shift Hours
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Option to work 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Week 1
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Thursday (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Friday
Week 2
- Saturday
- Sunday
- Thursday (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
(Thursdays are alternating half shifts.)
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Complete nursing assessments and documentation
- Monitor the health and well-being of individuals served
- Provide guidance and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee LPN license
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required
