What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (Part Time) position at Adult Community Training?
Adult Community Training (ACT) is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings throughout Loudon County.
Several weekend schedules are available, depending on the location:
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to midnight
- PRN/substitute shifts as needed
DSPs help the people we support with daily living activities, community involvement, safety, independence, and other individualized needs.
The pay rate is $17.31 per hour. Applicants should be caring, dependable, and committed to providing respectful, person-centered support. Specific schedules and work locations will be discussed during the interview process.
