We're looking for an Adult Day Care Marketer
The Adult Day Care Marketer for Community-based health care is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the services of Community-based health care centers. They will work closely with the management team to identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and referral sources. The Marketing Liaison will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, social workers, and physicians, by visiting hospitals and other healthcare facilities, coordinating with the company to understand the business, and making contacts in the community to generate referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services of Community-based health care centers.
- Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract potential clients and referral sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, social workers, and physicians.
- Visit hospitals and other healthcare facilities to promote services and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the company to understand the business and develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing budgets and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations related to Community-based health care services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources and potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and regulations is a plus.
