The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Manager DACH OSA will be to develop the Time & Sync PNT Business in DACH in order to support OSA growth strategy, winning large / innovative projects and accounts. You will also be responsible for analysing and structuring potential Time & Sync PNT use cases and provide market feedback in order to align OSA strategic direction. Tasks and responsibilities: Development of sales / business with defense & government and aerospace alike Responsible for OSA Time & Sync / PNT business development in DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) Strengthen the leading position of the company as Time & Sync / PNT market leader and its reputation for excellence Ensure the sale and promotion of products and services Manage a regional network of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and respective Systems Integrators Ensure the implementation, coordination and support of an active and effective network of VARs Ensure the implementation of the strategy of launching new products Ensure the exploration of new PNT projects, customers and in the specified markets Knowledge, skills and experience required: Experience in Sales / Business Development on an international level in the defense/government and aerospace industries, ideally with an expertise on Time & Sync technology and PNT Recognized as natural leader with Sales attitude Team player, able to master and operate in complex setup Hard worker, fully committed with passion to win Fluent both in oral and written English and German. Other European language skills are a definitive plus.
