Role Description The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL. This role oversees daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. The supervisor coordinates production schedules, assigns tasks, and monitors workflow to align resources with demand. They enforce quality control procedures, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize operations. The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, facilitating clear communication across shifts and departments, and collaborating with engineering, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
