Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Sales Specialist located in Totowa, NJ, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include building lasting relationships, delivering excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and providing product training and demonstrations to customers. The role may also involve assisting in sales management and supporting team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience with Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training for customers and team members
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Familiarity with smart home security technology is a plus
