Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and print advertising
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property transactions
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Stay organized by managing multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently
Qualifications
