JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Assistant HR
Department: Human Resources
Location: Powai (Saki Naka)
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant HR will support the Human Resources department in daily operations including recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and HR administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files)
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and reimbursements
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
- Maintain statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Knowledge of HRMS/payroll software
- Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)

Pay: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
