ROLE: Growth & Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Remote

We're looking for someone who understands how to turn cold audiences into paying customers, build pipelines that actually convert, and make brands impossible to ignore.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and qualifying high value B2B leads, running outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and Email, building and managing a consistent sales pipeline, and reporting results with real numbers not excuses.
What You Need
2 years in sales, lead generation or B2B outreach, strong communication and follow up skills, experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms, and a results-first mindset.
