As a QA Engineer at AdsGency AI, you’ll be the last line of defense between experimental builds and production. You’ll work closely with our full-stack and LLM engineering teams to test product experiences end-to-end — ensuring performance, reliability, and consistency across agents, APIs, and UIs.
You’ll help design test frameworks, automate regression cycles, and maintain our product quality as we move at startup speed.

• 🧩 End-to-End Testing: Validate AI agent workflows, API integrations, dashboards, and ad automation logic across multiple platforms.
• 🧠 Test Automation: Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, regression) using Python, Playwright, or Cypress.
• 🧱 Performance Testing: Stress-test backend services, track response times, and identify optimization opportunities.
• 🧮 Data Validation: Verify campaign metrics, user events, and analytics pipelines for accuracy and reliability.
• 💬 Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, PMs, and designers to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues before launch.
• 📊 Quality Reporting: Create structured bug reports, monitor test coverage, and maintain QA dashboards for release readiness.
• 🚀 Continuous Improvement: Help build internal QA processes and frameworks that scale as AdsGency grows.
✅ 2–5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or automation engineering
✅ Proficiency with Python, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools
✅ Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines
✅ Ability to think like a user — anticipating edge cases and real-world behaviors
✅ Detail-oriented mindset — you catch what others miss
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-moving teams
✨ Experience testing AI or LLM-based systems
📊 Familiarity with AdTech data flows (campaign metrics, performance logs)
⚙️ Experience with Postman, pytest, or Dockerized environments
