We’re backed by top-tier investors and scaling fast — now looking for a Principal Member of Technical Staff to architect and drive the next evolution of AdsGency’s agentic infrastructure.
As Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS), you’ll define and build the technical foundations of AdsGency’s platform — from distributed agent systems to real-time analytics and AI orchestration frameworks.
You’ll partner directly with the founders, shaping our technical direction, architecture decisions, and engineering principles.
This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with long-term system design leadership — ideal for someone who thrives at the frontier of AI, infrastructure, and scale.
• 🧠 Agent Orchestration Layer: Architect the core framework that enables multi-agent communication, autonomy, and learning across campaigns.
• ⚙️ Scalable Infrastructure: Design and optimize backend systems capable of handling millions of ad actions and data events per day.
• 💾 Data & Compute Systems: Build pipelines for real-time performance data, campaign analytics, and model feedback loops.
• 🧩 Core APIs & Integrations: Lead development of API frameworks connecting AdsGency with Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging ad networks.
• 🧠 AI Ops Layer: Define tools and frameworks for managing agent state, tracing, and decision explainability.
• 🧱 Engineering Standards: Establish patterns for reliability, testing, deployment, and observability across teams.
• 🚀 Tech Strategy: Influence long-term architectural choices and mentor engineers across full stack, AI, and infra domains.
Backend & Infra: Python, FastAPI, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Railway, AWS/GCP
Frontend & UX: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
AI Layer: OpenAI, Claude, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
Data Systems: Weaviate, Qdrant, Supabase, PostHog, Airflow, Docker
✅ 7 years of experience in software engineering, systems design, or infrastructure leadership
✅ Deep expertise in backend systems, distributed architectures, and scalable data pipelines
✅ Strong command of Python, Go, or similar system languages
✅ Ability to architect for performance, resilience, and simplicity in complex systems
✅ Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from concept → production → scale
✅ Excellent collaboration and mentorship skills — you elevate everyone around you
✅ Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed and robustness in early-stage environments
✨ Experience with LLM or agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
