As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the technical team responsible for AdsGency’s multi-agent AI infrastructure, real-time pipelines, and mission-critical systems.

You’ll manage a high-energy team of full-stack, backend, and AI engineers — while remaining technical enough to influence architecture, review system designs, and ensure we ship fast without breaking.

You won’t be a “people-only” manager.

Your leadership will determine how AdsGency AI scales from startup → global ad automation platform.

• Drive design of our LLM agent orchestration system (communication, memory, autonomy, decision trees).
• Ensure reliability, observability, and scalability of cross-agent workflows.

• Lead development of microservices powering campaigns, analytics, budgets, and user operations.
• Own standards for reliability, integrations, and code quality across services.

• Manage teams building real-time performance event pipelines (Kafka / PostHog / ClickHouse / Redis).
• Oversee systems that support budget optimization, agent feedback loops, and anomaly detection.

• Coordinate with full-stack engineers to deliver polished Next.js dashboards, operator tools, and customer-facing interfaces.

• Guide integration teams working with Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging ad APIs.
• Ensure our multi-agent workflows deliver measurable ROI and scale globally.

• Run architecture reviews and own technical roadmaps.
• Establish engineering processes that prioritize speed, ownership, and craftsmanship.
• Mentor, hire, and level-up engineers during hypergrowth.

Frontend:

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind

AI Layer:

OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph

Data & Tools:

Weaviate, Qdrant, Supabase, PostHog, Sentry, Docker

✅ 6 years of engineering experience; 2 years managing or tech-leading teams

✅ Strong backend/infrastructure background (Python / FastAPI / Go)

✅ Experience owning architecture in distributed systems or microservices

✅ Ability to give clear direction and unblock engineers quickly

✅ Strong execution mindset — you believe velocity is a competitive advantage

✅ Experience driving complex technical projects from zero → shipping

✨ Experience managing teams in AI, AdTech, or data-heavy SaaS
