Why this role matters: You’ll keep our ServiceNow platform mission-ready — building service catalog capabilities, keeping CMDB accurate and compliant, running Discovery at scale, and wiring ServiceNow into our security and identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement Catalog Items and business workflows
• Maintain CMDB health: discovery reconciliation, normalization, ownership model, compliance checks
• Design/deploy Desired State / compliance audits for CMDB
• Implement and maintain Discovery (agent, agentless, SGC) across environments
• Create/maintain integrations (including Azure Entra) and API-based connectors
• Support upgrade/release cycles — identify & remediate conflicts
• Build ITOM KPIs, dashboards and SLA reporting with IT Ops leadership
• Collaborate with process owners to support Knowledge Base and runbooks

Requirements

• 7 years ServiceNow development & platform administration
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem modules and workflows
• Proven Now Discovery experience (agent agentless Service Graph Connectors)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure Entra / Azure AD
• Excellent troubleshooting, scripting (JS), and integration skills
• Able to work on-site 4 days/week at a U.S. office location
