Job Summary
Guest services, with a focus on guest service and light laundry duties. This role requires some flexibility in availability, also includes light barista duties.

Duties Responsibilities

Greet and check Guests in and out

Communicate hotel policies, amenities, and special packages to Guests

Answer phones and Guest messages, and assist with online, phone, and walk-in reservations

Respond to Guest concerns with professionalism and care

Process payments for retail/take-home items (including beer and wine)

Lock up pool, sauna, and front desk at night

Laundry and barista duties required, including making espresso and preparing food items

Assist the GS Manager with maintaining company standards and policies

Qualifications

Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain)

MAST Permit (or ability to obtain)

Hotel or customer service experience preferred

Barista or serving experience a plus

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
