Adrienne Above All Essential Services (AAAES) provides Complete Housekeeping for Seniors in West Boynton Beach and West Delray Beach. Our work is about more than cleaning. We help seniors maintain clean, healthy and safer homes so they can continue living independently with dignity.
We are growing and looking for dependable, hardworking and caring individuals to join our 3-person housekeeping teams.
What You’ll Do
- Work as part of a 3-person team serving multiple senior homes each day
- Complete assigned housekeeping responsibilities efficiently and thoroughly
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, living areas and other assigned areas
- Follow AAAES cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Treat every senior, home and personal belonging with dignity, care and respect
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Maintain a steady work pace while delivering quality service
Who We’re Looking For
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation to report to work consistently
- Consistent weekday availability
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, standing and physical housekeeping work
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Respectful, trustworthy and professional in seniors’ homes
- Willing to learn and accept coaching
Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but character, reliability, work ethic and respect for seniors matter just as much.
Compensation & Growth
- Paid working evaluation and training
- 30-day introductory period — $105/day
- Successful advancement to Established Team Member — $125/day
- Team Lead opportunities — $150/day
Service Area: West Boynton Beach and West Delray Beach, Florida
