Foster Care Onboarding Specialist (Westerville, OH)
Adriel is currently looking to hire a full-time Foster Care Onboarding Specialist. An onboarding specialist is responsible for providing intense consultation and supervision to initially licensed foster parents and foster youth as assigned for Adriel School in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization, the ethical and social consciences of business and society and all applicable laws, regulations and administrative rulings associated with a non-profit organization. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
Adoption Assessor training completed or completed within the established timeline required. LSW, LPC or MFT preferred. Case management experience or demonstrated experience working within theTeaching Family Model all a plus.
