Requirements
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
- Lead and manage small to large size projects (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, and application development).
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and approved budgets; track resources and escalate capacity issues
- Coordinate and maintain alignment between project teams, key business stakeholders, and vendors within assigned scope
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes proactively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and compliance standards.
- Communicate clear project updates to project stakeholders
- Execute projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in alignment with organizational standards
- Manage day-to-day vendor delivery against SOWs and SLAs; support RFPs and contract activities led by senior staff
- Provide guidance and support to project coordinators or less experienced team members as assigned
- Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.

- Communicate effectively with business and IT leaders and escalate issues requiring executive decision-making

- Ability to understand our business segments & processes
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-7 years IT project management experience
- Proven success delivering IT project
- PMP or PMI-ACP preferred or in progress (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong working knowledge of IT systems, delivery environments, and enterprise platform experience
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
- Experience supporting or delivering projects involving ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
