As the Activity Director at Adrian Bay Rehab and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to our residents while focusing on their individual interests. The Activity Director makes care plans specific to each resident, promotes social interaction, leads one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the program schedule. - Experience in a similar role within the healthcare field is preferred.
- Qualified Candidates would have their NCCAP (Certified Activity Director) or similarl qualifications.
- Those who have worked as an activity aide/social services in a skilled nursing facility for 2 years qualify as well!
