We are looking for a superstar Front Desk Receptionist/Manager to welcome our guests, manage our flow, and elevate our client experience.
What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day):
- Be the Face of the Salon: Welcome guests with a warm smile, positive energy, and top-tier hospitality.
- Master the Schedule: Answer calls, schedule client appointments with precision, and—most importantly—actively call clients to confirm appointments to keep our chairs full and moving!
- Run the Show: Check out guests seamlessly using our POS system, handle retail transactions, and manage daily cash flow.
- Keep it Fresh: Maintain our beautiful space by folding luxury towels, keeping the front desk pristine, and handling light housekeeping to ensure a sparkling, welcoming environment.
- Support the Team: Act as the ultimate coordinator between our talented stylists/service providers and our wonderful clients.
