Brand Representative
Location: Jersey City, NJOpportunity: Sales and Management Training Program
About the role
We are looking for motivated, people-oriented candidates to join our team as Brand Representatives. In this role, you will represent Verizon services in local residential communities, speak with residents, learn about their needs, and explain available options.
This position is part of a structured Management Training Program. Team members can develop skills in sales, communication, customer service, and leadership. Advancement depends on performance, consistency, and demonstrated leadership ability; promotion is not guaranteed.
What you’ll do
- Represent Verizon services professionally in residential communities.
- Start conversations with residents and identify their needs.
- Explain service options clearly and answer questions.
- Track customer interactions and follow up when appropriate.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching, and sales training.
- Build communication, sales, and leadership skills.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, coachable, and reliable attitude.
- Comfort speaking with new people in person.
- Willingness to work outdoors and walk throughout assigned neighborhoods.
- Interest in sales, personal development, and leadership.
- Previous sales experience is helpful, but training is provided.
Training and development
Team members receive hands-on training in customer conversations, product knowledge, goal setting, and team leadership. Those who meet performance and leadership expectations may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within the Management Training Program.
