Company Description Adrenaline Mountain is an outdoor adventure park near Las Vegas offering high-intensity experiences such as machine gun shooting, off-road racing, heavy equipment operation, and monster truck driving. Guests can choose from more than 80 firearms, including machine guns, handguns, Western guns, and sniper rifles, and can even blow up a car. The park features off-road tours in Honda Talon UTVs with full-face intercom helmets, filtered air systems, and Bluetooth connectivity for an enhanced ride. Visitors can also operate massive earthmovers, crush cars, and enjoy archery and axe throwing with a variety of bows, axes, tomahawks, and throwing knives. The park is designed for guests seeking unique, hands-on experiences in a dynamic outdoor environment.
Role Description The Park Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Adrenaline Mountain 45 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. This role oversees daily operations across all attractions, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth experiences for guests and staff. Responsibilities include checking in guests upon bus arrivals 6 times a day, supervising and scheduling team members, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining equipment and facilities in coordination with operations and maintenance staff. The Park Manager handles guest relations, resolves escalated issues, and supports front-line staff in delivering high-quality customer service. Additional duties include managing payroll budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership on promotions, events, and operational improvements. Adrenaline Mountain employs 35 people including booking agents, shuttle drivers, RSO's, Tour Guides, a General Manager and a hands-on owner. The park manager oversees the staff onsite at the park.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including team scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with staff, leadership, and external partners.
- Proven customer service skills with experience handling guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Budgeting and basic financial management skills, including cost control, inventory oversight, and reporting.
- Experience in recreation, outdoor adventure, attractions, or hospitality operations.
- Knowledge of safety standards and risk management in high-activity or adventure environments.
- Ability to work on-site in varying outdoor conditions, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Preferred: prior experience in theme parks, shooting ranges, motorsports, or similar attraction-based venues.
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
