Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Powersports Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for powersports. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, including UTVs/ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of powersports vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all vehicles are in optimal working condition to provide the best customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle status and service recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Required Silver or Gold Certification for Polaris (Slingshot, UTV & Snowmobile)
- Proven experience as a powersports or automotive mechanic.
- Familiarity with UTVs/ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, trucks, trailers, and other fleet vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable form of transportation
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
