Part-Time Store Cleaner
Pay: $15.16 per hour
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 2–3 hours per shift
- Mondays and Thursdays (flexible scheduling available)
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Store Cleaner to help keep our retail store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and staff. This position is responsible for cleaning the retail floor, office, kitchen, and restrooms while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Clean and maintain the kitchen/break room
- Dust and wipe down counters, shelves, desks, and other surfaces
- Clean interior windows, glass, and entrance doors
- Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from glass and doors
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Notify management when cleaning supplies need replenishing or maintenance issues are observed
- Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks, including bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is recommended.
