Job Summary:

Adrenalin Attractions is seeking Skilled Fabrication Carpenters to join our team of experienced professionals. This role focuses on assembling CNC-produced wood pieces, performing finish carpentry, and handling general framing tasks. Ideal candidates will have a diverse skill set in wood fabrication, including proficiency with saws, mills, lathes, and other woodworking tools. They should also be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adhering to company protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble CNC-produced wood components with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform high-quality finish carpentry work, including custom installations and trim.
• Handle general framing tasks as required for project builds.
• Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, mills, lathes, and other specialized tools.
• Collaborate with project leads and other team members to meet project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are followed.
• Accurately input data into the company CRM and project management software, Monday.com, to ensure up-to-date project tracking and reporting.
• Comply with all company procedures, protocols, and quality assurance standards.
• Work with a variety of materials, applying advanced woodworking techniques.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and fabrication processes.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and wood fabrication, with a strong emphasis on CNC assembly.
• Proficiency in operating a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
• Expertise in finish carpentry and general framing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with data entry and using project management software like Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
