Job Summary
Adrenalin Attractions is seeking a Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact to our current & potential clients. You will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain a clean and organized workplace environment. management team to do data entry, receipt scanning, and Quickbooks management. The ideal candidate has experience with customer service, Excel, and other CRM & work management softwares. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, flexibility for working overtime as needed, and work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily data Entry into Quickbooks & companies work management software (Monday.com)
- Work closely with our management team and project management to ensure the accuracy of data entry
- Follow all company guidelines for best practices
- Track all time spent on projects accurately using company software (Monday.com)
- Manage incoming calls
- Schedule & manage in-person & virtual appointments
- Clean offices, bathrooms, and conference room
- Receipt Scanning into work management software (Monday.com)
- Restocking/ordering office supplies
- Manage company shipping & receiving
- Manage company's social media accounts
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Monday.com
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
Additional Preferred Skills
- Host/Receptionist Experience
- Experience with answering company phone
- Experience with overseeing Shipping & Receiving
- Experience with Social Media Management
- Other skillsets or familiarity associated with fabrication or design for themed entertainment
- Quickbooks Certified Preferred
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
