This is a full-time, on-site position located in Green Bay, WI, for a Philanthropy Manager. The role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with major donors, and organizing annual giving campaigns. The Philanthropy Manager will collaborate with team members to enhance donor engagement and contribute to sustaining and advancing ADRC's services for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers. Responsibilities also include building partnerships with charitable organizations and individuals and ensuring the effective management of philanthropic efforts.
- Experience with major donors and annual giving programs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of philanthropy and charitable activities, particularly within non-profit organizations
- Proficiency in managing donor databases and tracking fundraising initiatives
- A passion for community service, particularly in the areas of aging and disability support
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage time and projects
