Email Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Qosina Qosmedix | Ronkonkoma, NY | Reports to: Product & Content Marketing Manager
Position Summary
Owns and drives social and email execution for Qosina and Qosmedix — building the organic social presence, growing leadership's executive voice, and running the campaign email engine end-to-end. Partners with the Digital Marketing Specialist on channel priorities and the Content Marketing Specialist on core assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute social strategy and the content calendar across brand channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for both Qosina and Qosmedix.
- Build and scale leadership's executive thought-leadership presence on social, ghostwriting and shaping their voice with leadership approval.
- Lead campaign email strategy and execution end-to-end from calendar through segmented send for marketing programs and initiatives.
- Create, QA, schedule and deploy segmented emails, newsletters and automated nurture sequences in the approved email platform.
- Own segmentation and list strategy, partnering with Marketing Operations on CRM data quality, consent management, suppression lists and deliverability.
- Run A/B tests of subject lines, creative, calls to action, timing and audience segments; document results and drive recommendations.
- Own reporting and optimization across email and social — opens, clicks, conversions, engagement, attributable leads — and present performance directly to leadership.
- Lead social coverage at trade shows and events alongside Events & Partnerships, with appropriate scheduling and travel planning.
- Follow applicable CAN-SPAM, consent, privacy and platform policies, coordinating with legal or compliance stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- 4 years of social media and/or email marketing experience, ideally B2B or multi-brand, with demonstrated campaign results.
- Advanced, hands-on ESP/marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp), including segmentation, workflows and deliverability.
- Strong, confident copywriting and editorial judgment for brand voice — proven experience ghostwriting for executives.
- Comfortable owning reporting and presenting insights and recommendations to managers and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
