Compensation & Earning Potential
- Pay-per-visit model: $45–$50 per visit Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $85K annually

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
