We provide paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a cutting-edge, non-invasive procedure used to treat kidney stones, as well as training and support for urology laser procedures. In this role, you will work alongside top Urologists, supporting patient positioning, imaging, equipment operation, lithotripsy procedures, and laser cases.

What You’ll Do
✓ Become an ESWL expert with paid training
✓ Support lithotripsy and laser procedures in partner hospital and surgical settings
✓ Assist Urologists with patient positioning, imaging, and equipment operation
✓ Load, unload, and set up mobile lithotripsy equipment
✓ Safely operate and transport equipment using a Freightliner vehicle when needed
✓ Follow hospital protocols, HIPAA guidelines, and patient safety standards
✓ Communicate clearly with your partner tech, physicians, OR staff, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
✓ ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active license
✓ Comfortable supporting both radiology and laser-related procedures
✓ Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
✓ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✓ Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working independently
✓ Valid driver’s license required
✓ DOT prescreening/medical clearance required
✓ Must be local to or near the Phoenix, AZ area (or interested in relocating to this area)
