We are currently hiring Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agents to assist with the embarkation process for guests traveling with:

Disney Cruise Line | Holland America Line | Viking Cruises | Crystal Cruises

⚓ What You'll Do

As a Cruise Guest Services Agent, you'll be one of the first friendly faces guests meet at the terminal. You'll help make their embarkation experience smooth, organized, and enjoyable by:

• Welcoming and assisting cruise guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assisting passengers with the check-in and embarkation process
• Using tablets and other technology to complete guest check-in
• Answering guest questions and providing helpful information
• Helping maintain an organized and efficient boarding process
• Working closely with terminal and cruise line teams
• Representing SMS and our cruise line partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Helping create a positive experience for guests from the moment they arrive

🌊 Position Details

• Position: Part-Time Cruise Guest Services Agent
• Location: Port Everglades
• Pay: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour
• Work Setting: In-person
• Weekend availability is required
• Additional weekday availability is preferred
• Fast-paced, team-oriented, and guest-focused environment
