We're looking for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Group Lead to lead a team responsible for ensuring every Barletta boat meets the quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards we're known for. What You'll Do
As the PDI Group Lead, you'll play an important role in the customer experience by helping ensure every boat leaves our facility ready to create lasting memories on the water.
You'll:
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of PDI team members.
- Conduct and oversee inspections to ensure boats meet Barletta quality and safety standards.
- Identify issues, coordinate solutions, and work closely with Production and Engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
- Coach and develop team members while recognizing successes and encouraging growth.
- Champion safety and help maintain our goal of a zero-harm workplace.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of our products.
