3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm

What You'll Do
- Assist with the operation of wet end equipment in corrugated manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes to help ensure consistent product quality.
- Support paper handling and corrugating operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment checks and communicate production or quality concerns.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 3rd shift and overtime as needed.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
