M&K Truck Centers is one of the Midwest's premier commercial truck dealerships, representing industry-leading brands including Mack, Hino, and Isuzu. We're looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our medium duty truck business throughout the Summit and greater Chicago market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers find solutions that keep their operations moving. Whether you have experience in B2B sales, equipment sales, automotive sales, construction, leasing, logistics, or transportation, we'll provide the training, support, and industry expertise needed to help you succeed.

Essential Functions

• Develop and grow relationships with businesses throughout your assigned territory.

• Prospect and identify new customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.

• Meet with business owners and fleet decision-makers to understand their transportation needs.

• Present medium duty truck solutions from Mack, Hino, and Isuzu.

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.

• Stay in contact with customers throughout the sales process and beyond to build long-term partnerships.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

• Consistently work toward sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license

• Ability to regularly drive a company vehicle; which is considered as a safety sensitive function with M&K.

Qualification:

• Previous sales experience preferred; B2B, outside sales, automotive, equipment, leasing, rental, or transportation sales experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Desire to prospect and develop new business opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

• Competitive mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
