Temporary Marketing and Content Coordinator
Bring your creativity, organization, and digital marketing skills to MACA Boutique in a temporary Marketing and Content Coordinator role with NXA. This is a 14-week temporary position supporting marketing and content operations.
NXA is seeking a creative and organized Marketing and Content Coordinator to help maintain MACA Boutique’s marketing presence, produce engaging content, coordinate campaigns, and support customer engagement across social media, email, SMS, and other digital channels. This role will work closely with the Apparel and E-Commerce Manager to keep marketing activities organized, consistent with brand standards, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate MACA Boutique’s marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and events.
• Plan, create, photograph, and film content for social media, email, SMS, the website, and other marketing channels.
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, short-form videos, graphics, promotional materials, and other branded content.
• Write social media captions, promotional messaging, email and SMS copy, and other communications using MACA Boutique’s established brand voice.
• Manage day-to-day Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok activity, including scheduling and publishing content and monitoring comments, messages, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate social media Lives and other interactive content opportunities.
• Support influencer, creator, brand ambassador, and affiliate partnerships, including outreach, communication, product gifting, deliverables, and follow-up.
• Coordinate email and SMS campaigns with product launches, collections, promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Help coordinate photoshoots, including models, products, locations, scheduling, and other content needs.
• Support marketing events, brand collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
• Track and report on marketing, social media, email, SMS, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Collaborate with the Apparel and E-Commerce Manager and other team members to coordinate priorities, deadlines, resources, and marketing projects.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, campaign materials, content assets, reports, and other documentation.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities to improve content, workflows, and marketing effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Experience creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong writing, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to photograph and film products and create short-form video and promotional content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency and communicate professionally with customers, creators, vendors, and internal team members.

Compensation will be discussed during the hiring process. This is a temporary 14-week position and does not include employee benefits.
