Your Role: Insurance Coordinator 

As our Insurance Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Verifying and processing insurance information for patient visits.

• Communicating effectively with insurance providers to ensure accurate billing.

• Collaborating with the front desk and clinical teams to streamline the patient experience.

• Assisting patients with insurance-related inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance coordination, preferably in a medical or optical setting.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with both patients and insurance providers.

• Team player mentality with a commitment to fostering a positive working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
