Key Responsibilities
- Food Delivery: Quickly and accurately deliver meals from the kitchen to the correct tables, checking for order accuracy and presentation.
- Kitchen Support: Communicate with kitchen staff, read order tickets, track cooking times, and assist with plating and garnishing.
- Dining Room Maintenance: Clear and reset tables, wipe down surfaces, restock server stations and condiment areas.
- Guest Service: Answer basic customer questions, assist servers as needed, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Closing Duties: Help with end-of-shift cleaning and kitchen prep.
