About the Role:

The Calibration Multilocale Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of measurement instruments and systems across multiple geographic locations within the United States. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining calibration procedures that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to coordinate calibration activities, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize processes for efficiency and reliability. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards that support operational excellence and product integrity. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Metrology, or a related technical field.


• Proven experience in calibration processes and instrumentation within a multilocation or distributed environment.


• Strong understanding of calibration standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 and relevant regulatory requirements.


• Proficiency in using calibration equipment and software tools for data collection and analysis.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage coordination across multiple sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized calibration or metrology body (e.g., ASQ Certified Calibration Technician).


• Experience working in regulated industries such as aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.


• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).


• Ability to travel between sites as needed to support calibration activities.


• Advanced skills in data analysis software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize calibration protocols for instruments used across multiple locations to ensure uniformity and compliance.


• Coordinate and perform regular calibration activities, including scheduling, execution, and documentation, across different sites.


• Analyze calibration data to identify trends, deviations, and potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.


• Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and operations teams to integrate calibration requirements into daily workflows.


• Maintain detailed records of calibration activities and prepare reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.


• Train and support local site personnel on calibration procedures and best practices to ensure consistency.


• Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to calibration.
