Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide one-on-one support and care to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and observe health status regularly to identify any changes or concerns
- Provide medication reminders
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding as required, ensuring safety during meal times
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided for individual care plans
- Support clients with light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to promote a clean, safe living environment
- Provide emotional support and genuine companionship to foster social engagement and mental well-being
- Assist with community involvement and appointments
- Stimulate involvement in activities of interest
Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is helpful

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
